:rolleyes: All right this is what I heard from a friend that got it online with instructions and dynos and all. Just checking if anyone else out there has heard about it?? All right an integra GSR was dyno'd with cold air, header, and exhaust, and showed a 32hp gain. Now a month later that same car dyno'd with same bolt ons and showed a 17hp decrease. They say this is due to the OBDII. They say if you splice a wire some where it will set it to OBDI which wont override your boltons. Is this fact or fiction or myth?????please let me know.:flipa:

it's not just as simple as splicing a few wires together...but you can convert OBD2 to OBD1....it requires getting a conversion harness as well as switching some obd2 parts with their obd1 equivalent....OBD2 is more emissions freindly, that's why most modifications increase more HP with obd1

I'm sorry for bringing this back from the dead... but i figured it's better to post here rather than start a new thread and take up space. I've read on some forums people said to get an obd1 dizzy if you're doing the conversion from obd2 to obd1... is this true? thanx!

not sure if thats true...BUT THANK GOODNESS!!! someone knows how to use the search feature!!! you just made all the mods and some senior members sploog there pants lol.
