shocks out?

Hi
Last few month I feel every crack on the road when driving my Accord' 98 2dr.
Car have 150K km. Can be shocks out?
Can be suspension turned firm as BMW 3 series or very close to that?
Other stuff I mostly like... and I not plan to race this car.
