tailgate swap for cargo doors

Hi folks, brand new to the forum. If this forum is as helpfull as the jeep forum i belong to, I owe many thanks in advance. So, thanks to all the helpfull folks in this good ole USA. With that said I have a ????? or two. I have, or I sould say my wife has a 93 SUB 3/4 ton 4x4 with 454. She is very short and has wrist problems, I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to swap out the tailgate with cargo doors. I have looked at mine/hers and it does not appear this could be done. I saw no hinge mounting areas and such. If anyone has done this please reply.
