pacesetter header

i put on a pacesetter header yesterday, everything went ok except i have a leak at the ball joint fitting at the end of the header. i didn't put anything in this area as far as materials, was i suppose to or is it suppose to be metal to metal? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is the header hitting the end of the thermostant housing. If so, your going to have to grind it down it some. That is why I bought an OBX header. I was installing it yesterday, but then i found out my flexpipe is welded on. :mad: But the OBX fitment is excellent.

i brought that same pacesetter header and it works great but you'll have to first grind it down and also it come with a ball joint at the end with springs and shit just tightin them up ........nothing inbetween

pacesetter just recentley came out with a new tubular turbo exhaust manifold for the eclipse, i was wondering if anybody has heard anything about this affordable upgrade.
