This Sucks

I was installing my header, and i was going to take off my stock DP when i noticed it was welded on WTF. Can I still get someone to do this, is a possible for them to weld the OBX header and DP to the rest of the exhaust. I AM SUPER Pissed. :banghead:

This just f**ked up my day.
And what does a usual header installation cost?

try gettin a cutting torch if you cant then i have no idea...sorry..lol

you can take it to a muffler shop, have them cut the pipe and weld a flange to it, then bolt on the dp. i'd rather do that than have to weld the dp to the pipe. probably cost the same too.

it was probably welded on to a universal hi-flow cat with no flanges. but yeah, you can pretty much weld anything you want. if the sizes don't match, they' d probably pull the larger diameter an inch or two over the smaller and weld it around.

Thanks. I was thinking about that, but then i got scared thinking that they would mess up and put the flange in the wrong spot like a inch forward or and inch to back. Then would that not throw everything off.
