Theft System active - Car not.... HELP

Just installed an aftermarket alarm in my 98 Cavalier, unplugged cluster and both ignition harnesses from the column (basically gutted the dash). Now passlock has gone active - not bypassing w/ key. Any ideas on codes or procedures to help clear the theft system.

Have you tried your owners manual?? if you havent check there

Put everything back together, make sure battery is fine, then turn ignition on for 20 minutes
