92 lumina wont start

92 lumina started running rough had too pump accel. too get up too speed now it wont start at all was getting code 43 but now i changed computer had coil pak checked but still wont start do i need too change knock sensor

check plug wires to see if one mite be broke in side the tube look in side see if metal clip is thier and check coil pack plug ins by oil fiter
