86 legend help asap

I am trying to sell my 86 Legend and I just noticed an oil leak. It is located next to the passenger side front tire. It seems to be coming from a cylindrical shaped object. Any help please?

thats the oilfilter canister. that seal normally goes bad after a while so no need for much worry. just pop the bolt off and replace the seal with a new one. might as well change the oil&filter while you are at that. I used some sealant around the ring just for safe measure.
