Heating problem

My 1992 jeep country works great its heats up the car fine but the vents don't work. Know the floor vents work and the defroster also works. the main vents (by that i mean the ones on the dash) don't let any air out. using the A/C and heater nothing happens. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
