Hi, i have finally come across the completion of my Civic. This was my first try at Plastic Modeling, i have to say this is awesome. Did a few modifications to this car, couldn't help it. I fitted some Recaro's in and modified them, i did a Type R grill, and got rid of the lower half grill. I had a few screw ups, but i guess thats just part of it and i will learn from them. Next project will be a Tamiya R32, i will try to bring this model to a whole other level, with even more detail :iceslolan

Enjoy!

Well, the front lip was stock, it looks different right!, i thought so too...

i painted the insides of the lights , then painted the bulbs black, making the chrome reflect the black, giving it a tinted look, the lens are still the stock way, all i did was paint the trim black also...

Nothings wrong with some positive camber angle. Look really well done for a first model! Let's see what you can do to your R32.

Man, now that im reading my manual for my R32, i noticed how suphisticated this model is :eek7:

its not the stock one, its a Racing edition one, with roll cage and the whole nine yards :evillol:

Good work!

I love spoon tuned cars!

About the camber, I shaved flat the part where the wheels glue on. It seemed one side of the mold line was raised over the other, in turn giving it camber...

I think i am going to rebuild my civic coupe in spoon style too.

Very cool! I love it. I dig the Civic coupes, since I've got one and all... plus, I think their lines are a lot cleaner than the hatches... I think the last (only) hatch that looked good was the EG. I built a similar Revell kit, but silver and not yellow. Looks fantastic! Great work on your first model, I can't wait to see your second... third... and more! Your work is top notch.
