paint shop pro tutoriols????

Hey guys,

I do manga cars and that is fun and all but i would like to do this too.

I have searched every where and i can't find any tutoriols for paint shop pro 7.

Does anyone use this and could you guys post some tutoriols if you do???

hows the bud over there? i heard that bc has the best bud in the world, but its legal there so do u kno if yours is better? its supposedly going to be legalised here soon too, i believe it is "uncriminalized" up to 20 grams or sumthing now
