i have a friend that has a blazer, i dunno what year. the other day, he showed me that the car is dripping oil on the ground, and it is also spraying all over the driver's side wheel well. any suggestions as to what this may be? thanks

more than likely the remote oil lines... It's typical in our truck... Replace both sets and he should be fine... Sounds like they're about to blow... If that happens, he'll lose his engine..

i don't think i've ever seen a chevy that didn't have leaky oil cooler lines i don't think blazers have an oil cooler but they have lines to the oil filter it might be leaking from the filter or the lines. either way get it fixed

those are the remote oil lines... though the oil is cooled via the radiator..

just something I saw once was the old oil filter gasket stuck on when the filter was replaced casing there to be 2 filter gaskets causing it to spray oil between the two gaskets. Best way to find out where it is leaking from is to look when the engine is running.
