The tarmac was wet and he took that turn way too fast and at too sharp of an angle, he probably used his brakes late into the turn
He was obviously trying to steer but to no avail

Saw that video several times in the past. I think it was also featured in tv once. And if I remember correctly, it was a test drive by an amatuer driver in a test course.
