you can tell by the exhaust manifold or header, they are equally spaced but on a small block the middle two are nearly touching

could be an SB2 smallblock couldnt it??? i thought those had evenly spaced ports. but it is a big block, it has 8 valve cover bolts, small blocks only have 4.
