HELP! how fast is a 94 legend?!

Some of my friends are having an argument and i wanted to know who is really right. One of my friends is driving a 94 legend: auto, coldair, nothing else. My other friend has a 92 integra GSR: cold air intake, muffler, cam gears, and lowering sport springs. i am driving a 95 Eclipse GS (obviously) and i only have a cold air cause i am new. i want to know who would win in a race, which car is the fastest? this argument has been going on for a while but we have never had the chance to actually race and see. the problem is, this guy in the legend also thinks that he has beaten modded eclipse GST's, mustangs (reg and GT), and more integras of all kinds. i really want to know what you guys think, the guy in the legend is starting to get on my nerves becuase every week he says he has beaten a new car.

your friend with the legend is full of shit. he has a automatic v6 legend. the only quick legends were the manuel v6 coupes. even those are a high 14 second car at best. your friend with the GSR should be able to take him out. and plus a stock GST run's a high 14 on average. a modded GST will run low 14's to high 13's. your friend with the legend is smoking some crack to think he can take out GST's with a auto legends casue those are like high 15 second cars. and another thing. cold air intakes dno't do shit for n/a cars. it may gain like 5 hp at best for a v6. but its not even close to the power gains of a cold air intake on a turbo car.

unless your friend has a type-2 6 speed legend(which he appearantly doesn't) he's definitely full of shit.

I own an 89 acura legend. After putting on a cold air intake, and a cat-back along with taking off any un nessicary drag like; ac, power steering, and any other parasitic drag along with the interior except the driver seat. It has a stock 2.7l V-6 with a 5spd transmission. Running 205-50-15 Falken Azenis on a 1/4th mile I have run a 14.36 on a good day. It doesnt take much to make these cars haul ass, the rims are stock, and the only modifications are the intake, tires, and cat-back.

but you have a gutted interior. i have a friend with a n/a KA motor in a S13 with bolt ons. those cars with bolt ons still run's mid to high 15's. my friend with no interior but two seats ran a 14.4 which is around the same as you. which means that heavier legend with less mods full interior and auto matic is no where near that magical 14 second range. in fact comparing that automagic to your car and my friends car. that auto legend should be a low 16 second car at best.

ok well they raced finally. the gsr spanked him. badly. i dunno how fast it is to be honest but he beat the legend by three car lengths with very bad axles and short shifting by 500 rpms. just thought u fellas would like to know. thanks for the help. later.
