rattling nosie

anyone have encounter any rattling nosie in the car and have it fixed? its driving me nuts, I know the windows are doing it for sure anyway but whats the rest of them?? and how do I sort them out?

I have a horibble rattle behind the driver's seat. It drives me NUCKING FUTZ!!!!!!!!! I haven't found it yet or had it checked into. But If I figure it out, I'll let you know.

Mine were doing the same thing. The door stops (rubber bumper on the car frame and metal tab on the door frame) are what's probably causing the problem. Honda has a service bulletin on it. Do the rattles occur over rough road or slightly bumpy road? If you roll the windows down just slightly, I bet it'll stop. That'll confirm it. Try lubing where they touch. If that doesn't fix it, the door kit and repair for it aren't that expensive at the Honda dealer. I had Honda do mine and they haven't made a peep since.

Otherwise, it might be your roof rattling. Try lubing the seals as well. Honda also has a service bulletin for the rattling roof.

Honda also has a service bulletin for the rattle that occurs in the headrest of the Del Sol seats. That might be what's causing the rattle. If not, then probably the roof again like most of the other rattles. Try lubing the seals. Might be the roof locking points as well - there was a bulletin for that too. Mine rattle there sometime until I lube the seals again. Just make sure you lube the locking pins as well.

No problem. Just get a tube of silicone grease and silicone spray from Honda. Probably cost you $15 or so total. I use the grease on all of the seals and locking pins except where the window touches the rubber. I use the silicone spray there since it dries and won't smear on the window, but still provides a good seal and helps condition the rubber.

hey honda here in ireland don't have those spray only gave me grase and its all over my window after a week, I'm getting sick of cleaning my windows at this stage
