if you look right here, http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/evovector/hdr_accord94c_evo.jpg you'll see the gasket i need, it's called a CNC Machined Flanges. I have no clue where to buy it though. Anyone know where? or where i can find it on the autozone/napaonline websites? Not sure if I should just bring in the header and show them what I need. They most likely wont know wtf it is.

you could just take it to a muffler shop and tell them you need it replaced and they will get it and do it, but i am sure you are like me and rather do it yourself. I guess i would just go to napa they should know what you are talkin about

LOL... Um no. The gasket is NOT called a CNC Machined Flange.

The flanges are the parts of the header that the bolts go through, the big one that bolts the header to the head, then the others that bolt together, and then one that bolts the collector pipe to the cat.

Both of the headers that I've bought (Both of them were DC Sports 4-2-1) came with some o-rings to go between the flanges of the down-pipe and the header.

no dont waste your money just go to an auto parts store and ask for the gasket material specify exhaust several times if they dont have it go to the next place its by mr gasket its a flat sheet of gasket material just take your lorwer peice off and trace it onto the material then cut it with a razor blade and then you can cut out the holes however you want i used a dremel with a drill bit

yep, that's what we did tonight. We used some fiber sheet and used a hammer to make the shape out n' crap like that. Works good so far.

just every once in a while make tighten it because it will compress and if you dont tighten it it will likely blow out
