What does the Photo Package bit mean ?

only thing I could think of would be photo etch. but they would state it contains photo-etch parts in the product overview area. so... good question :dunno:

Stupid as it may sound, I think he's right.

There're nothing special about the kit. It's just another GTS-t kit. No PE and no extra photo other than the box art. I don't know how HLJ translate the name of the kit. In japanese, the kit is "Skyline R32 GTS-T Real car package". Real car package??

Well, if the name translates into real car package...then my guess would be that the box has all kinds of useful pics on the box of the real car instead of one pic of the car or painted box art.
