Can someone with a 1997 FSM please look-up acceptable range of cylinder compression in PSI? Thanks for the help.

The lowest reading cylinder should not be less than 70% of the highest and no cylinder reading should be less than 689 kPa (100 psi). Perform compression test with engine at normal operating temperature, spark plugs removed and throttle wide open. (alldata)

Keith1 has most of it correct except for the minumum required compression. According to my 1997 FSM page 6A-174, 140psi is the minimum that each cylinder must build. I thought 100psi seemed low for the 10.3 to 1 compression ratio our cars have.

My thanks to both of you.
