Don't bother with a "Mugen" program, all those do is waste gas, and there's no reason to mess with your vtec changeover. No not with those mods.

No, it will however rise your rev limit beyond where you can make power and only float valves, and dump a ton fuel into it.

If you want to make a motor faster, you need to build it, then use a managment system to tune and control it. Just adding moe fuel isn't going to do any good unles you can make use of it.

i was told that in a race like a 1/4 mile race from my stock ecu to the mugen spec one i will gain like half a car to a car length

It may make it faster, but don't think you can rev to 9k rpms without snapping a valve off. Without head work you are basically wasting money. The bottom end may be able to take it for a while although I wouldn't do it.

yup he is right. Your valves are just gonna float at 9k RPMs. The rev limit is there for a purpose to prevent valve float. It is only necessary to remove the rev limit when u upgrade ur valves and valve springs and all that junk up there that way it can handle that high of RPMs. Just play it safe if u are gonna take of the rev limit until u get the head junk upgraded.
