buying an rx7

hi all, I'm thinking about buying a 93 RX7, whats there I should be looking out for, thanks, gonna take a look at the car tomorrow!!its in a ford dealer at the minute someone traded it in for some crappy ford I guess!

make sure you get a compression test and that the car doesn't idle high...

Yup, just understand the 3rd gens are a money pit. There is NO way around it.

if it's a dealership, they usulaly don't know much about the car... tell him it's a 4 cylinder (prove it with the 4 spark plugs) and that there's somthin wrong with the pistons that's making it run too rich... hehe maybe you can get him to lower the price a bit
