Seeing as I got an email saying I should introduce myself....

Hi, 35 years old, I own a '95 Jimmy and a 89 Bronco II, and a couple of bikes but that's another story.

From PEI, Canada. Look that up on a map if you're bored. lol

I have already made a post so I apoligize if I have done things out of order.

Been involved in cars/trucks/bikes all my life. Usually do all my own service unless it's something really complicated in which case it just seems easier to send her to the mechanic and pick it up later.

Right now I'm looking at installing a signal light/ washer/cruise arm, the part of it that turns on the windshield washer has gone on the fritz. ( I really don't know what the proper term for it is, it's the thing that you use to turn on your signal lights etc. ) Talk about a n00b. lmao
I was hoping for some tips on what to look out for, proper procedure etc. for removing and installing the new one.
I'm pretty hands on and will probably end up tearing it apart but I thought I should ask some people in the know before I end up snapping some important piece of gear off because I didn't stand on one foot while holding my tongue on the proper side of my mouth while turning that screw. Yes, that is a feeble attempt at humour but you all know what I mean. :-)

Right now I have a toggle switch wired up to get me through 'till the weekend.

Anyways, I'll be seeing you around.
