THROTTLE BODIES effects??

i was thinking of purchasing a throttle body for my 96 Si, what would be a good throttle body to buy? and what are teh benefits of an aftermarket throttle body? what other parts woul dmaximize the throttle bodies performance

What kind of mods do you have? We need to know this first before reccomending an afternarket throttle body and size.
