92 rodeo back seat

does the back seat flip up so the back part can flip all the way down?

My 94 does. Can't say for sure for a 92, but I would sure think so. You have to remove the head rests to get the seat back all the way down.

I just bought a 92 rodeo and it took me a couple minutes to get my seat down. There should be a hole in the seat about the size of your thumb. A pull strap should be sticking out of it. If yours is like mine, the pull strap wasn't sticking out. There is another hole next to it you can fit your hand in reach around in there and find the strap and pull it, it should pull right up.
