integra taillights

Does anyone know if stock 98+ integra taillights (all red) will fit on the 94-97's (red and amber)?

Yes they will fit, you will need to do some slight and I mean slight triming on the socket tabs but that is very easy and simple.

if you could give me some instruction on how to do this and the tools involved in this so called "trimming" i would greatly appreciate it

Get the new lights and then see where it needs trimming and trim it with a razor knife. It is really simple, just try to plug the plug into the lights and you will see what I am talking about.
