Northstar engine upgrades

What are some power upgrades that I would be able to put on my 96 Northstar in a Deville?

Any suggestions on anything else I could do besides power such as exterior cosmetics and interior cool things. I just got the car and my license. I put on all gold emblems and a gold grill. I also have gold hundred spoke rims.
