I got in an accident with my '95 cobra. It was hit on the rear passenger side quarter panel. The gas tank was slightly impacted and now when I start the car it idles but will not get any more gas. If I press the gas peddle it bogs like its not getting any gas. If there some sort of ventilation system for the gas tank? What else could cause this?

tanks do have a ventilation outlet on top of the tank although I don't think that's your problem. The fuel pump is on that side and the strainer on the bottom of the pump that's in the bottom of the tank which is in that area especially probably got crimped or bent somehow depending on what kind of strainer it is blocking the fuel flow. Or, the strainer may have ripped or broken and allowed trash etc. to get in the fuel filter stopping that up. Hope that helps.
