TBI injectors

Ok, 1987 Astro with the "w"code 4.3L. Had no spark or fuel delivery when I bought it, fixed the spark with a new ICM. Now the injectors are still not spraying, but when I disconnect the fuel inlet hose and turn the key, fuel comes out of the line. That leads me to believe the fuel pump is good. The thing that has me wondering is this....BOTH injectors are not spraying. Is it common for both of them to go at the same time? Is there something else I should be looking at instead of the injectors themselves? Thanks in advance.
