need a service manual

i have been told that i can find a factory service manual online. i am looking for one for a 1997 chevy cavalier 2.4L i don't want a haynes or chiltons, as they are not very helpful. gm dealer also guided me to the internet ( they say they cannot get the manual?) any ideas?
