It's been a long time since I have had a radio like that but I will give it a shot. You know how there are the two turn knobs on the left hand side (one for the volume and one for the tuning) I think you push the volume button in until the time starts flashing. When it is flashing i think you have to use the memory buttons to change the hour and minute. It should say in the owners manual.
