Headlight Help

I need to replace a bulb on a friend's 1998 Sunfire. I removed two bolts and the light is loose, but I cannot get it out.

Can someone clue me in on how to do this??!

Sunfire headlights are attached to the back adjustment brace by 3 bolts.
Then there should be a cap attached to the back of the light that you just want to twist off.
