Sunbird Tranny swap

Hey im wondering if anyone has converted an auto to standard?? I have a 89 sunbird J body? and I want to make it standard just for the hell of it. I havent' looked into it much or even know if its possible but im sure it is and is not that hard. haha I know it sounds like a stupid idea but it would be a challange...

Any ideas, tips, whatever?
