Active suspension retro to standard

I have a 91 Q45a and the rear of the active system is pretty much shot. What does changing it to normal suspension entail? I'm looking at some Eibach springs and Tokico shocks/struts as well as control arms and spring mounts. Can anyone add anything to this list of necessary parts?
