Does anybody know the 1/4 mile, 0-60 for an '84 4 cyl. fiero stock. What mods could go with this car?

I don't know, But I do know if you search the internet, there is a guy that sells a V-8 conversion for fieros. I cant think of something too much more:evillol:fun than a 350 in the back seat of something the size of a 4ghatch?!:evillol: I had a friend in highschool with a V6 Fiero it was no slouch though.I'd go V8 fo sho:evillol: $2000 goes a long way in a chevy V8.:iceslolanUnlike my civic:disappoin

I have a 88 fiero formula on nitrous, bunch of other stuff like MSD and everything, its about just as quick as my civic but would eat up my civic on the steet because i can lanch the fiero at like 4000rpm without the tires spinning. your fiero will run like a 18-19 second 1/4 though with probably like a 11 second 0-60 sorry lol

you can cheak out www.car-stats.com for performance info on any car

you really want to go to www.fiero.nl it is the largest fiero forum and everyone will help you out, it really is the best forum on the net even if you dont have a fiero there is so many members on at once they can help you with anything you need. I am KRMFiero on there.

about the V-8 conversion you are thinking of www.v8archie.com, that is the only v-8 kit to get for a SBC and it is the best.
I put a 4.5L Caddy v-8 into a fiero a few years back but sold it before i got my lisence, was fun driving around my yard and down the road when my parents wernt home :)

First off, the fiero looks unsafe but it acutally recived a 5 star safty, just like volvos and such. If you look under the fiero's plastics you will see a full space frame, that is very very strong, probably just as safe as having a roll cage in a civic. side impacts yea there is a 30 lb beam inside the door for that, the full door alown wieghs more then 100 lbs. the heaviest fiero made (88 gt) was just over 3000lbs. they are extreamly safe cars. gas tanks on these cars is exactly in the middle (between the driver and the passanger, dont have to worry about it getting hit) the only thing that made these cars unsafe was back in 84 GM made some shitty rods and they would break and go through the block and oil splattering on the manifold/cat caused a fire.

:smokin: so those high speed runs down the country roads late at night were actually safer than I thought :evillol: cool
