Ok i can get a m/c for 40 its all painted and cleaned up real nice outta a 91 civic EX and i know that it fits right up.
I understand how to install for a direct swap so 2 thinks i ask my fellow AFers
1. is this a direct swap?
2. is there anything esle needed when doing so
I understand that this is 11/12 or somthin while the one in my STD is 7/8 i forget # off hand but i member it gives you a bit more fuild. So help a brother out!

the m/c in my hf was a 11/16"", i went and got a m/c from a 89 teg for $40 from a local autostore and it was an 7/8"....just gave me better pedal feel really. as far as the ex it should be a direct swap not too sure but take a look into the 89 teg from say autozone or advance auto. it may be the same price for one of theirs...not to mention the limited warrenty on them.

Honestly, I've never heard of anyone (that didn't already have rear disks) using the bigger m/c. If it makes a difference, cool! Not to mention it'll be one less thing you'll have to buy if/when you swap on the rear disks!
