tail lights and instruments panel lights out

[COLOR=black]I got a 91 camry v6 le, looks great but the tail lights and the instruments lights are not working either. I have not idea was going on, and I do not have the manual (not idea about fuses chart either). I really need help. Note: the headlights are working just perfect. the problem is on the back side. Help please.

Need a little more info.There may be two differernt problems but to start at the begining you need to check the fuses. The fuses are described on the fuse cover panels or you could purchase a Haynes manual at an auto-parts store.
BTW have you checked the reostat knob on the dash for the inst.lights?(It's a little round,black knob with a picture of a light on it.)
