Swirl Control Valve??

I Am looking for somthing called a swirl control valve it is located in the side of the intake manifold that controles the buterflyes in side. The unit is not holding pressure. I am looking for somone that may have a extra one or where i can obtain one. Finaly if their is another name for this because everyone i call ie: autozone dont have any idea what it is.
