Can't go wrong with Exedy!! That's definitely a good clutch to pick up!
Go for it!

Personally haven't dealt w/ Exedy but I have heard good things. I just helped my friend put in ACT clutch/lightened flywheel/pressure plate tonight and that was pretty fun. Working on a car that isn't yours isn't as stressful, lol. For the price u can't go wrong.

ACT's are worth the money. I have only used ACT for the last 4 yrs in my Galant.
Although, that price is hard to beat and if you don't need the holding power of an ACT, "buy it now" :grinno:

Looking at your s/n did you have a Galant VR-4...those things are pretty tight. They can be the wrong cars to fuck with. If you don't know they may look slow but turbo/AWD will eat you up. At the track last year my buddys friend ran like high 12's/low 13's. Very impressive in my book.

What year tranny do you have? If you have an 88 tranny, you need to get an 88 clutch for a civic. If you have an 89, you have a couple options. You can get an 89 clutch (the 88 and 89 clutches are smaller circumference than 90-91 so there is a little less grabbing surface) A better way to go if you have an 89 tranny is to get a 90-91 flywheel and a 90-91 clutch, it will work perfect and youll have the bigger clutch for a little more bite. And of course if you have a 90-91 tranny then get a 90-91 clutch.

i just pulled this up:

Integra (all) ZC (86 - 89)
-Fly Wheel & Clutch disk Size in MM: 200
-Fly Wheel & Clutch disk Size in inches:7-7/8
-# of splines on Tranny:21
-Tranny Shaft Size in inches7/8

Civic/CRX (all) (88 only)
- Fly Wheel & Clutch disk Size in MM: 190
-Fly Wheel & Clutch disk Size in inches:7-1/2
-# of splines on Tranny:21
-Tranny Shaft Size in inches: 7/8

theres a difference in the size of the flywheel/clucth disc in the integra and the civic....will that make a difference on which one i get for my dohc zc?
