My 2.7 had 241,000 before I needed to rebuild the engine. Exhaust valves went bad.

I'm at 240,000 now on my 3.4. Unfortunately @ 187,000 it decided to get a burnt exhaust valve, and it needed two heads. I wouldn't have cared but I ALWAYS did the maintenance as scheduled, and always at a Toyota Dealer.
I guess any truck should run good @ 240,000 if it just had a $4,000.00 tune-up.
BTW- The dealer said the valves burned because of high mileage, I just laughed at him. As far as I was concerned at 187,000 it should not have done that, I was expecting 300,000. I feel like I got F'd by Toyota.
They advertise these POS's to go 300k, 400k and more.
