I've searched lots of the threads and i can find lots of D16Z6 heads on D16Y7 blocks stuff, but can I put a D16Y8 head on d16Y7 block. I know that the compression height of the pistons and the cylinder head volumes are different but everything else is virtually the same, but just wanted to check if those mattered.... Just thought it was weird that i hadn't found a thread about it yet.

p.s. if there is already a thread about it could someone point me in the right direction and then disregard this post. thanks all.
