Where is the headlight fuse? (98)

I am writing on behalf of a friend whose headlight is not working on his 98 Sunfire. I know nothing about Pontiacs... so where are the fuses located?

If it's not the fuse, how do I take the burned out light out of the car?

some are under the hood in the power distribution block(driverside fender)the rest are on the drivers side of the dash there is a little pannel you need to remove it's right where the door closes
