word,
i think it says "view obstruction rearward with tall tail on trunk". i think it's for his spoiler being too tall, but that doesn't make sense cuz1) you don't(legally) need to be able to see out of your rear window if you have two functioning side mirrors. and 2) it's probably for the stock spoiler
if i'm right, that cops a freakin' idiot.
