Does anyone know where to find the fuel filter on an 84 vette? I think it needs to be changed, but I do not know where to look.

it's attached to your fuel pump. you need to pull off your gas lid, undo the bolts around the gas intake and the whole assembly comes out in one big piece. word of advice, if you think your filter is bad, replace the pump while your at it. once the filter starts the pump soon follows.

That is not the filter
that is the pick up screen
They don;t ussually clog until you run the car for a while
then when you shut it off and open the gas cap the crap falls off and it will start
so if it stalls after running a while then clean it
the real fuel filter is under the car mid way
you will see it on the frame rail
it is a giant AC can
