Try www.ebay.com.
Why not just find a 5spd Accord tranny and be sure. The Prelude S runs an f22a, I'm sure a little fabrication may be necessary.

dude, i'm sick of people not knowing about the F22B
O.K. lesson time:
O.K there's a F22 VTEC and Non VTEc both single cam non vtec can along on the 90-93 accord and on 92-96 prelude (sad to c an accord heart on a lude but then again they share so many things) and the f22 V-TEC came on all accord V-TEC U.S. from 94-97 EX and 98-2002 EX and LX non v6 and then there's the f22b twin cam (say's boys twin cam) which came on the Jap. Accord 94-97 witch is the same engine with the same number's as the h23 prelude 92-96 Si just that the f22b is a 2.2 and the h23 is a 2.3 notice why the h23 is called h23 (2.3) and h22 (2.2) but anyway's an f22b is a direct fit to any 92-96 Lude...
Lesson DONE...hope that helps you guys stop confusing people cause there's a twin cam f22b...in other words DOHC

The f22b was a 2.2L VTEC SOHC engine found only 94-97 Accord EX's. The type S Prelude has the f22a engine, found on 90-93 Accord LX's and EX's. Also SOHC.
Sorry to rain on your parade, but the only F series engine that had two overhead cams were the F20C1, F20B, and the F20A1.

Wow, umm... That's an h23a block that guy's selling. Found on Prelude Si's. Ebay sellers often don't know shit about what they're selling. There's also a guy selling a '350hp h23a VTEC' block .
What you're talking about is the Type S h22a, otherwise known as the h22a4. Different pistons and cams. We dont have them over here unless they were swapped.
Yes, I made a mistake saying 'type' S instead of plain S. It's still an h22a pulling the car, not an f series engine.

and if still don't belive that there is a f22 twin cam and fits the 92-96 prelude then head over to the accord section and ask them....

The question is... why would you want to do that when the h23a is available and meant for the Prelude.

well the h23a cost in my area 1,500 and the f22b cost 500...i guess it's the money part..tho i got a h22a1 so i ain't got to worry about that..
