You can't really go wrong with Tamiya, everything they've made over the last fourty years has been of the highest quality. Fujimi on the other hand is a lucky dip, some of their stuff is brilliant, but sadly just as much, if not more is rubbish.

yea, i was thinking of either the 350z or the subaru 01' rally car. i like subies alot, and have already built the sti. but what i REALLY want, is the tamiya supra, but none of my lhs' have it... i love that car.

I am really enjoying the tamiya 350Z, thought it seems a bit pricey for how basic it is. (the undercarrage and suspension are all one piece) I just bought a tamiya r33 skyline for $18- the one with the engine detail... and it seems to be a cool kit.

An R33 w/engine detail? Are you sure it's an R33 and not an R32?

Ok tell me what it make Fujimi a good kit for beginer ?
Bad Fitment
Very basic and few detail Piece (boring to make stock)
Quite Expensive (same as Tamiya)
