POWER vs. COMFORT

My '90 XJ Laredo has a button to switch from comfort ride to power ride. When I toggle the button I don't see or feel any change. How do I know if it works other than the light coming on.

A few weeks ago, someone else asked the same question. It just is supposed to change the shift points in the transmission, to make the trans shifts at somewhat higher revs in the power mode.
I drove my friends Jeep a few times and did not notice any difference. Its more of a gimmick than a useful feature. So long as the trans seems to work properly, don't worry about it.

Theres a BIG change in when and how the tranny changes gears on my Chero.
