valentines day 04

so here we are at another valentines day...

the day created to make single people feel very single and the guys in couples to look like pansies. I would be one of the former, and it sucks...again. So i have no plans, anyone doing anything less depressing?

i broked up w/my girl a week ago so im alone too :(

Probably go to dinner, movie, whatever... then climax with a big argument about something retarded, sleep on the couch.

Broke up with last chick about a week ago. Got another one on the line, but not hooked. So fuck knows.

broke up with chick. then got back together. have dinner at my place, exchange gifts, watch chick flicks and hopefully if all goes well do a lot of making out.no sex though. not until marriage.

My mom is always bitching at me to buy her flowers and shit. When you are single this is REALLY frustrating.

I'll be spending the day alone...........................again. I will be accompanied by Ms. Marketing and Ms. Management of Information Systems though. As I have a date with them on Monday and Tuesday.

Going to dinner and then to a hotel room with a huge hottub, can't wait. probably exchange more than gifts in the tub.

valentines day means something? just another Saturday for me, kinda sucks but that a few hundred I can put back in the car :D

me and my guy are doing an engine swap for a friend...then going to see "miracle" since im a hockey freak.

i saw that last weekend, im not much of a sports movie fan, especially hockey, and i thought it was awesome. Youll love it if your a hockey fan.

I'll be sitting in the corner with my PC,consoling myself that the whole valentine's thing is a hallmark occasion anyways.You shouldn't need a calendar cue to show your affection for someone,it's something that you should remember to do every time that you see them.

i agree that it is just another day and that you should express your love everyday and not just on special occasions, but damn. that hallmark comment just makes you sound bitter and jealous.

I don't have a girlfriend or even a date for that matter. Feb. 14 blows big time. It's the lonliest day of the year for me. Maybe there's a good movie on t.v. that's not about love......

Jealous?No.Nobody else is getting that which I want.Bitter?you betcha.When someone more or less drops you without having the courtesy to tell you why,and still expects you to stay around to pay the bills and babysit for her social life,you tend to get that way.And a hallmark occasion? of course it is.Every major retail chain has jumped on the bandwagon.When appliance retailers try to persuade you to but a new refrigerator on the pretext that it's a significant date for giving gifts,you know that it's totally corrupt.
