The owner of my local body shop has been doing some fiberglass work and is now interested in making full body kits. He asked me to find out how exactly its done... Anyone have any info? He knows you use molds, but he's not sure what they're made of etc...

anyone have exp. or know of any websites that tell you and show you how its done???

any help would be appreciated...

I have not seen many web sites, but I have seen many books. I'd say check Barnes and Noble or a local public library. And of course, this kind of information is more reliable then info you get off "some web site."

theres a shop here in Atlanta a guy does custom kits, he'll use your factory bumper and cut/mold/shave/add to it, or you can draw it out, have picture of any kit, he'll make it to fit your car and customize how you want, very expensive tho but unique

well, it's done with pressure molding, and done with (i think) plastic or fiberglass or that other stuff... but i suspect it would cost a lot to make your own kits.
