Dilemma!

Ok, here goes. I am faced with a Dilemma that I hope you guys coule help me with. I'm looking into getting a Trans Am or Formula in the near future, so I've been searching all over for good priced deals. So far I've found a few good ones on sale and I'm torn between a couple.

First off, there's a Red Convertible 94' Formula with 80k miles. The 0-60 times on a coupe Formula of that year is 5.8, which is probaly a bit slower for the convertible. It's quick, but alot slower than my other major option. A 94' Firebird Firehawk. It's about a grand more, and has 90k miles on it and it's black.

I'de love to own a Firehawk, and the speed would just be unbelievable. But on the other hand, I've always wanted a Red convertible, and the Formula's a beaut. So how much speed would I be sacrificing for the convertible and is it worth it. I also sometimes think I'll get tired of the fact that it's a convertible and I should not bring that in as a factor. What do you guys think? Firehawk? or Formula droptop?

I would go with the Firehawk 1. Because its black and I use to love red but after owning a red sports car you really do get sick of the color . 2. Resale value the Firehawk will hold its value and appreciate better than the Formula but speed is not that big of a issue sure right now the firehawk would blow away the Formula but with some simple bolt on's you can even out the playing field

Go with the resale value it will pay in the end.
The seed will only cost you in tickets and weir and tear on the engine and drive train yes tires.
So resale if you have the Firehawk for 20 years
whats the resale? more then you payed.
