8.1L ... Fuel too lean in right and left bank

Diagnostics is saying (1) mass air flow problem (2) fuel too lean in left bank and (3) fuel too lean in right bank. This happens intimitantly and causes the "check engine light" to appear. What is going on man?
I have installed various bolt-ons i.e. flowmaster, JBL headers, K&N, throttle body spacer, hypertech. Am I sucking in too much air for the fuel mix or do I need a better fuel pump? It seems to me the on-board computer just aint getting the mix right!

What are the exact trouble codes, could try cleaning the MAF with non residual electrical contact cleaner. It could be just too much air flow unless you have some sort of intake leak or air leak between the MAF and the intake

#1 through 3 are the exact diagnostic codes. I am pretty certain I have done everything I can to ensure I'm not losing air between the MAF and intake. You do raise a question I have considered ... too much air flow! If this is the case, I would have thought the MAF would have forced the onboard computer to compensate. Not sure where to from here?

I would go back and check your hypertech calibrations to see if they match the modifications you have bolted one.
By the way, there are 3-5 codes that relate to a MAF problem..Knowing which one helps with diagnosis

1. O2 sensor OK?
2. Could oil from K&N filter be confusing mass air flow sensor?
3. Intake manifold gasket leak? Typical problem with 8.1
